For the first time in close to a year in New York City, and for the first time ever in a venue of this size anywhere, Chicago-emcee and underground hip-hop star Chief Keef is going to be taking the stage at the Best Buy Theater in the Big Apple. It all goes down on Saturday night, June 1st, and Sosa will be hitting NYC with his whole Glory Boys Entertainment crew – Lil’ Reese, Fredo Santana, and all the rest of them.
The “I Don’t Like” rapper is going to be supported on the bill by Harlem spitter and current urban-fashion trend-setter Vinny Cha$e, and another New York act, DJ Sinatra. Tickets are on sale now for a little under 40 bucks at the Best Buy Theater box office, or at BestBuyTheater.com.

This is Chief Keef’s only New York City appearance booked for this year, so if you’re anywhere near the area, this is going to be your best chance to see him before he blows up even more than what’s already happening. He’s rumored to be on Kanye’s new album and Jay-Z already shouted him out on “Open Letter,” so it wouldn’t be out of the question for one of them to make a surprise appearance, especially with this being his most anticipated and publicized New York show to date.
Trust us, the kid is already big, and you need to say that you saw him live before he gets even bigger.
