Under the direction of Shawna Reed (President, CEO), 320 Music Group already had a strong team. Reed has an extensive background in management and public relations. Vice President of Acquisitions, Ronald “Caveman” Rosario (Director of Urban Music at 101 Distribution, Cannon Music A&R, Manager for recording artist OJ da Juiceman) will act as liaison between the industry elite and the streets, facilitate producer development and coordinate the audio side of all projects. Vice Present of Media, Fletcher Batts (Hip Hop Encounter Media Group, Velvet Hammer Booking, Bran-U Marketing), will facilitate all viral, social media demands, artist development and the logistics side of all projects.
