Please be sure that you are ordering the correct merchandise.
We will NOT refund or credit any account where the error was made on your end however, when you order merchandise from the site and the error is on us, we will ship the correct piece of merchandise within 2-3 days of notification.
If you are not completely satisfied with your You Aint Fresh online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of any unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please send a copy of the original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped directly to our business office in order for us to inspect the defective merchandise. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges if any), and a return credit receipt will be mailed/emailed to your shipping address/email on record. NO merchandise will be accepted after 14 BUSINESS days of receipt of purchase unless there is a site-wide recall on a defective piece of merchandise.
Holiday, Limited Edition and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 14 days after the calendar Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 21 days after December 25th).
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. DoYouChief.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item (our error) purchased, DoYouChief.com will reimburse the return shipping charges.
